Philosophy goes with the name Alberta Ferretti. Who is an Italian fashion designer and dressmaker and she is based on Milan, Italy.
In October 1993 she presented clothes reminiscent of The Great Gatsby for the Milan ready-to-wear shows. One of her designs was a long and trim gingham dress, in pale blue. A flapper showed a beige crocheted dress styled just above the knee. Her renditions of the toga for the production were diverse. They were simple gowns, some of them short, others long and draped.
After extending the breadth of her company outside of Italy beginning with the acquisition of a building at 30 West 56Th Street in New York City. She started Aeffe U.S.A., which produced and distributed clothing by Moschino, Rifat Ozbek, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Narcisco Rodriguez.Aeffe is owned by Ferretti and her brother, Massimo. The locale also became the hub for marketing her own collections.Ferretti is known for her designs featuring twisting, tucking, and draping techniques.Her style employs a subtle layered look, sometimes showing a hint of hand-beaded gauze which extends slightly beneath the hem of a wool dress.
Olivier Theyskens is born at January 4, 1977, Brussels, Belgium and is at the moment the artistic director of the Nina Ricci fashion house.
He dropped out from the École Nationale Superieure des Arts Visuels de la Cambre ( which he had started at 1997) to start his own label. Without having sufficient financial support, he was forced to close his label.
His actual braketrhough was while creating stage costumes for the Théâtre de la Monnaie when Madonna worn one of his dresses at the Academy awards at 1998.
Olivier was chosen to Rochas new creative director and he managed to create compleatly new silhouette for the house. Rochas started to gain more and more attention among the celebs and the fashion industry but at July 2006 the discontinuation of Rocha’s fashion division was announced.

Cynthia Rowley born in 1959 is an American fashion designer. A native of Illinois, Rowley attended Barrington High School in Barrington, Illinois, graduating in 1976, and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
The Council of Fashion Designers of America honored Rowley with the New Fashion Talent Award and a nomination for the Perry Ellis Award for New Menswear Design Talent.
Rowley has appeared as a judge on the reality television programs Project Runway and Design Star .
She is married now to a writer Bill Powers. She has two children, Gigi Clementine (born 2005) and Kit Clementine (born 1999).
