Emmanuelle Alt the next Paris Vogue Editor in Chief

(source: Stockholm Street Style)
Emmanuelle Alt is the new editor in chief of French Vogue, Condé Nast France chairman Xavier Romatet has confirmed.
He said Alt’s name would appear at the top of the masthead of the April issue, but not to expect any radical change at the title. (WWD)
I think this is kind a sweet. She takes her daughter to the fashion shows a lot, and now we get to see her grow up to the fashion guru we expect her to be. Alt is a lot more rock n’ roll than Carine was, but she masters the same parisian chic and I am confident she’ll do an excellent job, even though she has huge Christian Louboutin Bibi 140 leather platform pumps to fill.

  1. I am excited to see what she will do differently to the magazine. I am sure she will do a great job, though I'll miss Carine! Happy new year, sweetie xoxo

  2. Being a guy, and not a regular reader of Vogue I cannot comment on her as a person, cos I do not know her at all, but on face value, she looks like a no nonsense kind of person, and I read determination on her face. Hope your week starts off well Juliet!Colin.
